I am so excited to have Sharon as my guest today in the studio. She is a writer, coach, and the owner of The Self-Awareness Studio in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sharon is a big fan of the self-awareness movement and a self-improvement expert. When I was a kid, I used to spend a lot of time in the kitchen doing the same thing – fixing meals, doing the laundry, taking care of the house.

The thing that makes Sharon’s idea of self improvement a bit unique is that it isn’t really about taking care of the house. Rather, Sharon tries to apply the ideas of self-awareness and self-improvement to her own life. Sharon is currently the owner of a successful marketing and product design company. In her marketing business, she has a lot of very successful clients that use the very simple methods of the self-awareness movement to make their lives easier and more enjoyable.

The problem with these methods is that they work best in a very narrow set of circumstances. When we think about self-awareness we tend to think of it as a way to make our lives better. But most of the people in our lives are not looking on the bright side of life. We’re looking for ways to make our lives easier and to make them more enjoyable.

Sharon Tarrant is one of the very few people in our lives who does this. She’s a self-awareness advocate who believes that focusing on the negative is a waste of time and energy. Because that’s what she does. She is the kind of person who is always thinking about what negative things she has to do to get her life back on track. She also believes that when you focus on the positive you will naturally find other positive things that will make your life easier.

Sharon is from Ohio, and we’ve known each other since we were both 14. I think we have a lot in common. We both have a very strong need to live the life we want to live. We both have an obsession with trying to get the “perfect” life, and we spend a lot of time trying to make it happen.

Sharon is a self-described “crazy” person, but she does take the things that happen to her very seriously. She spent a short time in a mental hospital for getting into a fight with her boyfriend, and we saw her go through an intense therapy-like process of changing her personality and getting more “normal”. She also believes that when you focus on the positive you will naturally find other positive things that will make your life easier.

She’s not afraid to be herself or to take on a life that is less than perfect, but she also knows that she can’t change it for the better. She believes that she can help bring about a better world by taking on a life of making positive strides and being kind and loving to others.

Sharon Tarrant is a therapist whose client list runs the gamut of those in the mental health field. She has a knack for making people feel better, but also believes that the only way to truly help people is to be with them while they are struggling. The only thing she holds on to in order to find the right blend of therapy and helping people, is herself.

As a therapist, Sharon Tarrant believes that all the tools a person needs to help them get better is that they need to be in the room with them. She doesn’t believe that there is anything more powerful than sitting across from someone who is struggling with the same problem.
